Veterans Lottery - Thank you Mike Boland.

Mike Boland a Democrat from Hamilton County and who ran for Treasurer of the State of Indiana a few years ago first proposed a Indiana Veterans lottery game. Looks like the Republicans who never come up with an idea are stealing this one and proposing to made this happen.
